Section 3

Immutability of House and Arms of Commission

(1) The House and Arms of Commission shall be immutable. No employee or representative of the Government of Nepal shall enter it without the permission of the Head of the Mission.

(2) It shall be the duty of the Government of Nepal to take appropriate measures to protect the premises of the Mission from encroachment or damage or from any action that disturbs peace or dignity. .

(3) The house and property of the delegation and the property and vehicles of the delegation shall not be searched, acquired, confiscated, paid or auctioned.
